Casa das Cinco
The old Casa da Guarda Fiscal [House of the Fiscal Guard] has been transformed into the Casa das Cinco [House of Five], a picturesque tourism house that will delight any sea lover. It is located by the Quay of Cinco Ribeiras, which has been awarded the blue flag, is one of the best diving spots of the Azores and affords a stunning view of the sunset with the islands of São Jorge and Pico serving as a backdrop. A 10-minute drive from the city of Angra do Heroísmo, a world heritage site, it allows guests to enjoy several activities, including diving, cycling, hiking and the delicacies of the best known cheese store of the Azores, Queijo Vaquinha, which is just a few minutes away on foot. Guests can also enjoy the natural pools that the beach area provides or just relax in the panoramic pool of the Casa das Cinco.
