located in the parish of Santa Cruz, Praia da Vitória, was built by the City Council in 2009, on Dr. Rodrigues da Silva Street. Founded in the 19th century to help needy children, it was revived in 1959 by Manuel Laranjeiras, António Gil, and Elias Silva. The feast in honor of the Divine Holy Spirit takes place on Ascension Sunday, with a procession, mass, and coronations. During the celebration, there are lights, music, and activities for children. When possible, special activities are organized for them.
