The Império da Rua do Conde da Praia da Vitória, built in 1871 in the parish of Santa Luzia, Angra do Heroísmo, celebrates the feast of the Divine Holy Spirit on Pentecost Sunday. The program includes religious and cultural activities, varying according to the available budget. The festivities begin with the transfer of the crown to the Empire on the preceding Sunday and end on the Monday following Pentecost Sunday. Throughout the week, there are rosary recitations, events such as ‘pezinho’ and singing challenges, as well as the distribution of meat and cultural celebrations.
