The Empire of the Holy Spirit of Rossio, built in 1872 in the parish of Santa Cruz, Praia da Vitória, celebrates its festival on Pentecost and Trinity Sundays. The festive program includes religious and cultural activities such as a mass for the deceased, distribution of alms, and events like bullfighting and musical performances. The festival concludes with a mass and coronation on the Sunday of the second ‘bodo’.
