It is located on the east coast of the municipality, about 15 km away.
It is now known by that name, thanks to the abundance of these trees in the area, but this was once the main port of the parish (and former municipality) of São Sebastião.
It is one of the bays in the municipality that has calmer and cleaner waters, where the Ribeira Seca flows, which has long ceased to flow, but which allowed easy access to the small pebble beach.
In addition to access to the sea by stairs, it also has a semi-natural swimming pool. In the adjoining space, between the solarium and the road, there is a grassy area, which has tables where you can have picnics, while resting in the shade of the willows.
